Project – Vizhippu

Mental Health is as important as Physical Health but most of us are not giving much importance to take care of our mental health. Poor mental health care may lead to separation, self harm, low self-esteem, anxiety, sleep disturbance, depression, and many more. Project Vizhippu – Vizhippunarvu is an awareness programme to educate the people about importance of mental health and well-being through various activities like webinars, workshops, street play, random social interactions and social media platforms (Instagram, facebook, youtube and whatsapp).
